(1) The roof is of equal or better quality than the one you currently have and it
does not have a color or material that could be a distraction to neighbors such
as a shiny material that would reflect sunlight.
(2) Composition roofs may be acceptable depending upon technological adaptations.
For example, new “lifetime” roofs in harmony with the neighbors roofs.
